Our extended appointments are standard and include comprehensive review and management of long term health conditions, whether in isolation or if you have multiple health complaints. We are rebuilding the doctor – patient relationship, especially important for those with long term healthcare needs

Blood test and scans
With priority access to the Nuffield’s in-house investigations, most of these are done on the same day. The typical wait for ultrasound scans is no more than a few days, with advanced CT and MRI scans usually done within a week or two.

Specialist services
Referrals
If a specialist opinion is necessary, this referral can be completed after the consultation with priority access to the Nuffield’s team of specialists.
Clinician issued treatments and repeats
These are issued immediately after your consultation, and you can easily request a repeat through Locke.
Health screening
We construct bespoke screening through consultation with you, giving careful consideration to what is important to you and if you have symptoms or not.

Appointments
In-person or video consultations are 30 minutes long, which should be ample time to discuss your needs. The flat-fee for a consultation is £140. More detailed information on our appointments can be found clicking below:
What we do not cover
We are currently not assessing anyone under the age of 13.
If required, we can refer you to the hospital for care, however we do not offer emergency care and if needing an ambulance or emergency services we advise you you call 999 or visit your nearest A+E department.
We do not offer an out of hours service and advise you contact 111 if needing medical assistance outside of our opening hours.
