What to expect

Book online with ease for an appointment time that suits you.

You can see your doctor in-person in the clinic or, if more convenient, via video or telephone consultation. Free parking is available on-site for in-person appointments.

Our fees

The flat fee for a 30 minute consultation is £140. The appointment fee is required at the time of booking either using the online booking system or via Stripe payment link. If further tests or treatments are required, these can be paid for on the day.

Tests and results

Blood tests can be done after the consultation and results are back typically after one or two business days. X-rays are performed on the same day (if prior to 6pm).

Visiting us

We offer in-person appointments at the Chesterfield Hospital in Clifton, central Bristol

Free parking

Free parking is available at our sites, simply register your car number plate with reception on arrival.

Priority access

We have priority access to ultrasound, CT and MRI scans in-house at the Nuffield. The typical wait for ultrasound scans is no more than a few days, with advanced CT and MRI scans usually done within a week or two.

Treatments and repeats

If suitable after your consultation, your clinician can arrange same day collection. Repeat requests can be made through Locke, subject to clinical review.

Letters and notes

Letters, fit notes and referrals can be issued the same day and you can receive a PDF copy via email, if desired.

Opening hours

Our clinics are held between the hours of 9am and 6pm. We do not offer an out of hours service.

NHS or Private?

Our service can complement the NHS aspect of your health and seeing a Locke clinician does not mean you cannot still access this.
